placing an order 

ordering through missy melly is easy. click on the "order" button found in the description section under each photo. you may be given several options so choose which you require. this takes you to your shopping basket and the secure checkout 

once we have received your order we will send you an email confirming availability.  in stock items will be posted to you the next business day but please allow 2 weeks for delivery for custom made items.  if you require your order by a certain date, please make sure to note this in the comments box at the checkout and we will let you know if that is possible

if you have a discount code you can enter it in the shopping cart and then press update for it to apply

all goods displayed on our website are subject to availability - we will confirm availability in your order confirmation email. if you have any queries please contact us at missymelly@hotmail.com prior to ordering

delivery/shipping costs

postage charge is a flat rate of $7.50 for all orders.  in stock items will be posted straight away, and any custom made items will be sent when ready. regular, express or registered post available but registered post is recommended and we do not take responsibility for items lost in the post. you can add these to your shopping cart from the "extras" category.

if you are just ordering stationery please contact us for a code to reduce your shipping fee

we love to post overseas also. please contact us for a postage quote prior to ordering.

payment can be made online by credit card through PayPal. we also accept direct deposit. please leave your surname as the reference for us and please note that your order will not be processed until full payment has been received. please email missymelly@hotmail.com to let us know this is how you are paying for your order
